Enrollment Information:  Near and Dear enrolls children aged 3 to 18 months, graduating at about 2 years of age. A cohort with students close in age is preferred. There are two to three children present at any given time, creating a sweet and small class size. Please message Hương with information about the age of your child(ren), your desired start date, and schedule. Inquiry about wait lists or any other enrollment questions are encouraged.

In order to attain stable income and remain open as an independent entity, Near and Dear asks families to commit to staying for the length of the cohort.

Tuition: Parents and Guardians support this entire community when they pay tuition to keep Near and Dear open as a local, teacher-owned school for children from diverse backgrounds. Thank you!

    Monthly tuition is based on a scale of $15 to $28 an hour.

    A sliding scale is used to allow Near and Dear to:

• offer reduced tuition for those who need it most,

• provide a fair teacher’s salary,

• and cover operational costs of the school.

Schedules may be 1 to 5 days a week, from 8 am to 4 pm, depending on availability. Near and Dear operates year-round, with certain closures for holidays, professional development, and maintenance. A schedule for all closure dates will be available upon enrollment.
